Cheer Practice Procedures and Policies

Cheer
Cheer is open to girls in 5th-8th grade. Depending on numbers, we have two levels of teams.
B Team Cheer
B Team cheer will support the Boys B Basketball team and cheer for their games. They will learn the school cheers, school song, and cheer techniques and movements. They have practice two nights a week and cheer for the games on Friday nights as well as the end of the year tournament. They participate in an all school pep rally.
A Team Cheer
A team cheer will support the Boys A Basketball team and cheer for their games. They will learn the school cheers, songs, and cheer techniques. They will also perform at the cheer exhibition during the Boys Conference Tournament. The conference cheer teams vote at the end of each season on the Spirit Award for one squad in the conference. They have practice two nights a week and cheer for the games on Friday nights as well as the end of the year tournament. They participate in an all school pep rally.

What Do I Need To Play?​

• Signature of Agreement to Sports Policy

• Attended a Sports Meeting or Met with the Athletic Director in Replace of Meeting​
